Accessibility. Garden of the Gods is just over 1 hour south from Denver proper. And, the park itself is completely drive-able with parking, making it easy for guests to attend.
Iconic. The park’s namesake is appropriate for the epic views of mountains and towering spires of red rock. Whether you are scrambling over a specific rock formation or just enjoying the views, there is rarely an angle where you won’t see the North Gateway Rocks.
Desert vibes. Garden of the Gods allows you to get that moody, desert color palate without traipsing miles into the actual desert. As soon as you leave the park, you’re surrounded by various restaurants, a charming downtown with antique shops, and even more hikes.
If you’re coming from out of state, order dried florals so they last.
